Homebase

Individual living. Whatever the expectations for your new domicile, individual living is really easy with SchillerQubes. Divided into five categories, the various Qubes offer different special features such as a dishwasher or washing machine, an own terrace or small garden, especially high ceilings, suitability for flat-sharing, a varying amount of storage space or full-length windows for lots of light which means each of the 169 mini apartments enables individual solutions in the smallest space. Just according to your requirements and personal taste and lots of space for your own personality.

Old meets new. The SchillerQubes are spread over a collection of five houses. A highlight is the mix of the old and the new. The core of the residential area is the old post office (Postamt) and the old coach house (Kutscherhaus), both of which were erected at the start of the 20th century and today are listed buildings. The new residential quarter is completed with three further, newly erected buildings. All of the building components were reconditioned or built new according to the latest environmental standards and the current requirements for thermal energy efficiency in compliance of the German regulations for listed buildings. By the way, the collection of houses is adjacent to the Griechischer (Greek) Park at Oberschöneweide and the Schillerpromenade street.

In the thick of it. The Schillerpromenade 1 address lies in the heart of the increasingly popular district of Oberschöneweide. This is exactly where the SchillerQubes are located with 169 mini-apartments which promise modern living in a quiet while urban area. Thanks to practical public transport connections residents can quickly access all the important hubs of the city. But key amenities are directly on your doorstep with cafés, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Those seeking peace and quiet can also take a stroll in the Griechischer Park located directly opposite or in just a few minutes visit the Wuhlheide people’s park with its 79 hectares. And those who like and love water can also reach the Spree river in only a few minutes on foot.
